Shipping Info: Postage: unless otherwise noted all items are shipped via PostNL. Packages sent within the Netherlands include tracking, but otherwise it is an additional 7 euro fee to add tracking to international shipments. Please include a note with your order and include the additional fee in your payment when checking out. An automatic confirmation email sent via PostNL should arrive to the email used when checking out as soon as the item ships, but after that Radio Khiyaban cannot be held liable for any problems with the items in transit unless you have purchased the additional tracking number and can show that said problems were the result of a mistake on our part, etc.

Responsibility for any additional customs/taxes/import fees charged by the authorities of the destination country are with the customer.

Please feel free to get in touch with any questions! We apologize for the high shipping costs, especially abroad, but unfortunately these are the costs here in the Netherlands and there isn't much we can do about it.
Return Policy: Buyer pays return postage. Item does not have to be sealed or unplayed, but it should be undamaged (all items are checked for quality control before shipping out!) and complete.
